Pansworld’s foray into corporate films began almost 3 decades ago, when most Audio Visuals sounded boastful and did not impress the target audience. Pansworld began with a mission of transforming conventional AV’s into films with soul. Founded by Joe Pan, a film maker with a unique background in industry as a Marketing Manager, who later joined the Advertising field as a Copywriter.
In the early 1990’s realising the growing importance of corporate films, Joe Pan shut his Advertising Agency to pursue his passion for film making. What followed was an era of rapid transformation for corporate filmmaking in India.
Pansworld’s long association with Larsen & Toubro began in the mid–90’s with a quarterly video magazine called ‘L&T World’. This was a visual communication of L&T’s multifarious business operations across multiple locations. Simultaneously Pansworld made several films for business promotion, projects and CSR initiatives for various business divisions, including the now popular L&T Anthem.
SCI Golden Jubilee Film
Pansworld was chosen from among leading corporate film makers in India to create the Golden Jubilee Film for the Shipping Corporation of India. The film, ‘Riding the Waves’ presented through a nostalgic story of three generations, was shown across the country, including special screenings for the President of India and the Prime Minister.
Films for Tata Group
Pansworld has been engaged by various Tata Companies such as Tata Power, TCS, Tata Housing, Tata Motors, Tata Sustainability Group and Tata Sons Ltd. So far, 48 films have been made for the group on subjects such as sustainability initiatives, skill development, employee engagement and training.
